We’re Hiring: Amazon Inventory Analyst at Sophie Society!
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Inventory Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on managing inventory data, forecasting demand, and optimizing stock levels across Amazon marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and hands-on experience working within Amazon Seller Central.

Monitor and manage inventory levels across Amazon marketplaces (FBA and FBM)
Forecast inventory requirements based on sales trends, seasonality, and promotions
Develop and manage replenishment plans and FBA shipment creation
Analyze inventory reports and data from Seller Central, including Manage Inventory, Restock Inventory, and FBA Inventory Reports
Identify and resolve issues such as stranded inventory, suppressions, and inbound shipment discrepancies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory turnover, prevent stockouts, and reduce overstock
Prepare clear reports and actionable insights
Direct experience working inside Amazon Seller Central with inventory management, shipments, and reporting
Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data cleaning, and automation
Excellent command of English (C1–C2 level)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Comfortable collaborating remotely within an international team
Availability to work EU time zone hours
Experience managing FBA inbound workflows and shipment plans
Familiarity with Amazon inventory KPIs such as Sell-Through Rate, Days of Cover, Excess Inventory %, and IPI Score
Knowledge of demand planning and inventory forecasting models
Basic understanding of Amazon advertising data to support inventory planning
Fully remote role
Must be available to work during EU business hours
Salary: $1,000/month
