**Job Title: Associate Litigation Attorney**

As an Associate Litigation Attorney, you will play a vital role in representing clients in various legal proceedings. Your responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, advising clients on transactions, and actively participating in court proceedings. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Represent clients in court, attend depositions, and participate in mediations.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including law and motion pleadings.
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions, ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
- Conduct discovery preparation and analysis.
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

**Qualifications:**
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active California attorney license.
- 0-2 years of experience in litigation (previous experience in law is preferred).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with various legal documents and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

**Work Environment:**
Our office is located in Fountain Valley, CA, and we operate from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This position requires working in the office, as we do not offer hybrid or remote work arrangements.
