CNC Operator

Job Summary

We are hiring a CNC Operator to run multi-axis CNC machines for a fast-growing countertop fabrication company serving Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.

Daily Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate multi-axis CNC machines efficiently and safely.
• Load and unload slabs using overhead cranes.
• Monitor CNC controls and make adjustments for optimal results.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and keep work area organized.
• Report material defects or discrepancies to the Shop Foreman.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of CNC experience in stone industry preferred or willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in CNC setup, programming, and operation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift or move objects over 70 pounds.
