Job Description

Description We are seeking a Controller to join our team, based in Monterey, California. In this role, you will be tasked with the management of accounting functions, the use of Accounting Software Systems, and the operation of CRM tools. The function of this role extends to the handling of Accounts Payable and Receivable, the execution of auditing procedures, and the management of budget processes. Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. - Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM tools to streamline processes and improve productivity. - Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping. - Conduct regular audits to maintain financial transparency and compliance. - Implement and manage budget processes, making necessary adjustments to align with company goals. - Utilize tools such as 3M, ADP - Financial Services, and Crystal Reports to aid in financial analysis and reporting. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all data is easily accessible and understandable. - Resolve any financial inquiries promptly and professionally. - Continuously monitor and review accounting systems and procedures, making recommendations for improvements as necessary. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure all financial operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
