**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in media planning and buying or related role required
**Job Summary**
Drive an effective omni-channel media strategy that supports both short-term promotional sales and long-term brand growth. Lead the planning process with thought leadership and strategic insight, while managing relationships with external media agencies. Oversee the execution of advertising initiatives to ensure maximum return on media investments.
**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities**
+ Supports broader marketing strategies by leading Media & Measurement efforts and partnering with the media agency to develop integrated plans across owned, shared, earned, and paid channels.
+ Collaborates with leaders across Marketing, eCommerce, and Data Analytics to inform consumer segmentation and enhance media attribution strategies.
+ Tracks media spend across business units, resolves budget discrepancies with the media agency, manages invoice processing, and communicates budget updates regularly.
+ Reports on media activity through summary updates, coordinates communication with media agencies, facilitates meetings, reviews proposals, and provides informed points of view.
+ Partners with internal teams to ensure data and creative assets are current, actionable, and aligned with brand standards.
+ Supports incremental media initiatives as requested by senior leadership and merchandising partners.

+ Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.
+ Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.
**Work Environment**
+ Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
+ Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
+ Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
**Education and Experience**
+ Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
