About This Role: We’re seeking a compassionate, committed educator to teach Computer Science and Digital Skills to Middle School students. Classes focus on foundational tech literacy using platforms like Typing.com , Google Suite , MakeCode , and TinkerCAD . You'll work with a pre-designed, skill-building curriculum designed to engage students and build confidence through hands-on learning. This is not advanced coding, but accessible, project-based instruction that meets students at their level.
Location:
This role is in-person at one of our partner schools in Brooklyn, NY. Most of our partners are Jewish, single-gender schools.
Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 12:30 - 2:45
Requirements:
Charismatic, student-focused personality
Familiarity with referenced platforms or willingness to train
1–2 years of teaching experience
Salary:
$60–$65/hr
