We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys client interaction, and has a passion for managing logistics and delivering flawless events. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of corporate and branded events.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including scheduling, logistics, vendor management, and client communication

  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective planning

  • Communicate with clients to understand event requirements and objectives

  • Oversee event setup and breakdown

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with brand standards

  • Monitor event progress and resolve issues in real-time

  • Prepare post-event reports and client feedback summaries

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or project management

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools

  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
