Job Description

We are looking for a Community and Events Coordinator to help us elevate our events experience at I/O SPACES. If people scare you, this is clearly not for you. If early morning, getting shit done and organization stresses you out, we understand but this isn't for you. If planning, late nights, and being on time isn't your thing, then you will not love this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES .

1. Coordinate in-house and offsite events rentals.
2. Set appointments and conducts tours of the space.
3. Assist guests and visitors.
4. Manage mail and packages for members.
5. On occasion, assist with operation and maintenance tasks
6. Provide support with event logistics, including setup and breakdown
7. Provide weekly and monthly reports to ensure KPI's progress
   

AVAILABILITY:

• 12-20 hrs/week.
• Monday to Sunday.

ABOUT YOU:

1. You are a self-starter and learn pretty fast under small supervision.
2. Proactive, Tech Savvy, and Fast Thinking.
3. Understands online payments and CRMs.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
5. Friendly and customer service oriented.
