The Opportunity
We’re searching for a self-motivated, organized, and flexible Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Owner. This isn’t your average desk job—it’s a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is ready to take on a mix of strategy, logistics, and execution.
This role is based in The Woodlands, Texas but requires regular international travel and round-the-clock availability to support business across time zones.
What You’ll Do
What We’re Looking For
✅ Fluent in English (Spanish is a major plus)
✅ 3–5+ years in an Executive Assistant or similar high-level support role
✅ Based in or willing to relocate to The Woodlands, TX
✅ Willing and able to travel internationally on short notice
✅ Excellent with time management, organization, and communication
✅ Tech-savvy – comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
✅ Calm under pressure, sharp in execution, and hungry to grow
✅ Strong interest in food/agriculture/sustainability is a plus
