**Job Title: Production Operator (2nd Shift)** **Job Description** Join our team as a Production Operator where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dry department, handling tasks from loading to shipment preparation. **Responsibilities** + Fill in the dry department. + Load 50lb sacks. + Prepare shipments for delivery. + Assist in the Filler Department. + Pack sacks of flour onto pallets. + Prepare pallets for delivery. + Wrap pallets for shipment. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general labor and production. + Ability to lift 50lbs consistently throughout the day. + Background in manufacturing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Stocking and loading experience. + Familiarity with inspection and packaging processes. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a long-term opportunity for growth and stability within a supportive and clean work environment. **Work Environment** You will work in a commercial bakery environment that is clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant and safe workspace. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Compton, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $20.20/hr.
