Description Robert Half's Healthcare client is in need of a part time healthcare administrative assistant. This role is temporary, 3 days a week 8am-4:30pm in San Ramon, CA. Duties Include: - Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the department, coordinating schedules, sending out invites, preparing meeting materials and taking meeting minutes - Organize and maintain department files, including quality assurance documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and compliance records. - Prepare and distribute materials for quality committees, patient safety huddles, and other related meetings. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support, preferably within healthcare or a related field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for managing schedules and creating documentation. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and files. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for email correspondence and meeting coordination. - Ability to multitask effectively and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with coordinating schedules and distributing meeting minutes. - High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining compliance standards. - Strong customer service skills to support team members and stakeholders.
