We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to individuals across various age groups and health conditions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and document patient histories accurately.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of recent/active experience in an acute care setting.
  • Active RN license in the state of California.
    • Per Diem: Candidates applying for per diem must have 6 months of home health experience as an RN.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN, PHN preferred.
  • Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements and in good repair. Good driving record.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
