Job Description

Salary: $133,800 - 231,300 per year Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in infrastructure program or project management.
  • At least 5 years in building design and construction, specifically focusing on Mechanical and Electrical infrastructure.
  • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional infrastructure projects.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, along with professional experience in building design and construction (minimum 5 years).
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-motivate in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Relevant project management certification such as PMP or Prince.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the comprehensive management of infrastructure projects, inclusive of planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, while adhering to budgeting constraints.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality standards throughout project initiatives.
  • Demonstrate effective leadership to motivate team members towards achieving project objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, focusing on trust, teamwork, and influence among stakeholders across different teams.
  • Manage risks by proactively identifying and addressing potential issues, executing appropriate solutions to reach optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, providing directives to team members and presenting to leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Create and manage project analytics and reports, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Oversee financial management by effectively managing project budgets and performing detailed financial analyses.
