We are seeking an Integration Solutions Analyst (BSA) to work on a team at our client site in Irvine, CA. The role is onsite and is for 6 months (could be extended). This role is W2 hourly with Roth Staffing (Ledgent is a division of our company), so no 3rd party candidates can be considered. Experience with Workforce/Employee benefits is required.
Reporting to the Integrations Leader, the Integrations Solution Analyst will partner with our business functional areas and technology teams to develop and enhance Workforce Benefit Division's technical integration capabilities and deliver a highly integrated framework of solution providers. This analyst will analyze current and future business needs relating to integrations and recommend solutions to create a digitally integrated environment. The analyst will analyze complex business problems, work with clients to determine business needs, translate into technical requirements, and recommend solutions for meeting those needs. This role will identify gaps in designs, provide technical expertise, and be responsible for the delivery of requirements and technology solutions to integrate Software as a Service (SaaS) systems to the Workforce Benefits technology ecosystem to exchange data between systems. This role will serve as a valued partner across the Workforce Benefits functions through the build of a connected digital framework to enable enhanced decision-making and customer service.
