Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 1-4 crew members in daily operations, ensuring quality control, safety, and punctuality. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service that meets or exceeds our customer and management's expectations. • Directing daily operations of a team of 1-4 crew members
• Ensuring quality control, training, punctuality, and safety
• Providing excellent customer service that meets or exceeds expectations
• Communicating effectively with Area Managers and Account Managers
• Supervising daily preparation of trucks, equipment, and inventory
• Performing various landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Assisting with sweeping, spring cleanup, bed edging, mulching, lawn aeration, lawn seeding, lawn renovations, plow remediation, brush hogging, spring and fall cleanups
• Performing snow removal during the winter season

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and handle the physical demands of the job
• Valid and insurable driver’s license
• Experience in a leadership role

Compensation ranges from $17 to $23 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23 Green Season
$30.00 per hour Winter season
