Position Summary:

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will focus on improving and supporting our production processes in an electromechanical manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in process optimization, equipment layout, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize and implement production processes for electrotechnical products
• Design efficient equipment layouts and workflows
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot process issues
• Lead and support Lean Manufacturing activities (5S, waste reduction, Visual Factory)
• Support product introduction and manufacturability assessments
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are met
• Drive cost and cycle time reduction projects
• Maintain process documentation and work standards

Requirements:

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• 3+ years in manufacturing (preferably in the electrical engineering field)
• Experience with Lean tools, process design, and troubleshooting
• Familiar with ERP systems, and MS Office
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Structured, hands-on, and proactive mindset
