Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and tools, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve welding processes.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding preferred.
• Proven experience as a MIG/TIG Welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• In-depth knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Welding certification is a plus but not required.
