This position will work in a multidisciplinary team to review, verify, and oversee preparation of medications, to provide patient education, and to ensure the delivery of high-quality care throughout all areas in the Medical Arts Building (MAB2). **Job Requirements** **Minimum Education Requirement :** Pharm.D. degree preferred. **Minimum Experience Requirement :** A minimum of two years of hospital or ambulatory infusion experience as a pharmacist or completion of a residency program in a hospital practice ort ambulatory infusion setting. Three years of oncology experience or oncology residency preferred. **Minimum Licensure Requirement:** Current registration and licensure in California as a Pharmacist. BLS or ACLS required.
