Project Executive – Industrial Division

An established and highly respected general contractor with a century-long track record of delivering quality construction projects is seeking an accomplished Project Executive to lead and grow their Industrial Division.

This company is recognized for its strong values around integrity, innovation, and craftsmanship, with a diverse portfolio spanning industrial, commercial, healthcare, education, multifamily, municipal, and entertainment sectors. They currently have a robust pipeline of industrial projects.

About the Role:

This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of industrial project delivery, driving business growth, and leading a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the industrial division aligned with company goals
• Manage the full project lifecycle ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of construction professionals to maximize performance
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the industrial division’s market presence
• Oversee financial management including budgets, forecasting, and profitability

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction management, specifically industrial projects, with leadership of large teams
• Proven success managing projects over $100 million
• Strong business development acumen and ability to identify new opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of industrial construction processes, safety standards, and regulations
