**Now Hiring: Avionics Technician - Huntsville, AL** Position Type: Contract-to-Hire Location: Huntsville, Alabama Facility: Climate-controlled work environment **Job Overview** We are seeking experienced Avionics Technicians to support contract work involving phase maintenance and resets on UH-60 helicopters. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in modifications, installations, and troubleshooting of avionics systems. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform phase maintenance and reset operations on UH-60 aircraft. + Execute modifications and installations on avionics systems. + Troubleshoot and repair avionics components and systems. + Route, run, terminate, crimp, pin, and harness wires. + Conduct continuity checks and interpret wiring schematics. + Ensure compliance with MWO (Modification Work Order)standards. + Support prototype development and custom installations. **Required Qualifications** + 4+ years of experience in avionics maintenance and troubleshooting. + UH-60 Avionics experience preferred + Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams. + Skilled in crimping, pinning, routing, and terminating wires. + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. **Why Join Us?** + Work in a modern, air-conditioned facility. + Be part of a high-impact team supporting critical aviation operations. + Opportunity for long-term employment through contract-to-hire.
