Job Description

Summary: Seeking a Tool & Die Maker skilled in repairing and maintaining die press systems for automotive component production.

• Requirements:
• Experience with repairing small or large dies/presses (Progressive and/or Transfer)
• Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components
• Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in using grinders, welders, micrometers, calipers, and diagnostic equipment
• Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and structural issues in die presses
• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on stamping presses
• Disassemble, inspect, clean, and reassemble dies and press components
• Replace worn or damaged parts such as punches, dies, springs, and bushings
• Ensure alignment of dies to meet production specifications and safety standards
